With the 9″ inches of snow that turned into 19″ looming over NJ the night before, I called the gym for a confirmation that the gym was not going to open until late morning. With my training session with Michelle lost today, I searched the on demand exercise library.  I completed the 10lbs slimmer upper body workout. It was great, I worked my triceps, biceps and some back, I even added my own: russian twists and the triceps exercise on the ball that i like. I really want to see my triceps again. 🙂 That’s all to report. Tomorrow I have a mid tempo run and the light snow is later in the day so it shouldn’t roadblock my workout.
